GT-1000-CO (0-1000ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, which is suitable for carbon monoxide gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mAh large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with a new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, for High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. Microcontroller technology is responsible for controlling the entire measurement process, including signal conversion, temperature compensation, data display and storage, to ensure Fast Response and High Accuracy measurement.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: ensure that the instrument has sufficient power.
2. Mode settings: Set the required detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode through the menu.
3. Unit selection: freely switch PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L concentration units as needed.
4. Start detection: Use pump suction sampling for gas concentration measurement, and the instrument will automatically switch the range.
5. Data view: View gas concentration, Humidity value and historical data in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. Data management: Data storage, export or connection to the micro printer to print data.
7.Calibrate maintenance: Automatic calibration or multi-level target point calibrating through the menu, using data recovery function if necessary.
Notice
• The working ambient temperature range is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity should be ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that it is used in the pressure environment allowed by the instrument.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with dustproof and waterproof ability, but it still needs to be used reasonably and cleaned regularly.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), please use it where it meets the explosion-proof requirements.
• Pay attention to battery overcharge protection and use the matching charger to charge.
• Avoid use in environments with strong electrostatic or magnetic field interference to prevent affecting Measurement accuracy.
• Regularly calibrate according to the operation steps to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the measurement.
