GT1000-Portable Gas detector is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, etc. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, with Data storage, printing, export and Temperature Humidity detection functions.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses a built-in powerful suction pump to suck the environment gas into the instrument by the pump-suction Sampling method. After the gas enters the properly designed gas chamber, it contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with the impact of Ambient Temperature changes on the measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Customize and set various parameters (such as detection mode, storage mode, etc.) through the Chinese/English menu.
3. Use a suction pump for gas sampling.
4. Read real-time gas concentration, Temperature and Humidity data on the screen, and switch concentration units.
5. View historical storage data on the screen.
6. Export data or connect a micro printer to print data as needed.
7. Turn off and charge after use.

• Instrument Ambient Temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Instrument Operating Pressure Range is -30~ 100Kpa.
Do not use in hazardous areas beyond those specified by the explosion-proof marking (ExdII CT4).
• Pay attention to battery overcharge protection and use the matching charger to charge.
• In dusty situations, please ensure that the Dust Filter is installed and used normally.
• Sensor calibrate regularly according to the operation menu to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC material, and care should be taken to prevent violent impact when using it.
