Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, to collect and process the gas concentration signal with High Accuracy. The microcontroller analyzes and calculates the signal, and corrects the algorithm such as temperature compensation, and finally the gas concentration value (supports PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L) and temperature Humidity and other information are clearly displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters according to the needs.
3. Aim the instrument sampling port at the gas environment to be measured, and the instrument is detected by built-in pump suction sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration value (unit can be switched) and temperature Humidity information in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
5. You can view the stored historical data directly on the screen.
6. Transfer data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data as needed.
7. Turn off after use, or charge as needed.
Notice
• The working ambient temperature range is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity should be ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that it is used in the pressure environment allowed by the instrument.
• Although the instrument is designed to be dustproof, waterproof (IP65) and explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), it is still necessary to avoid abuse in extremely harsh conditions beyond its specifications.
• In order to ensure measurement accuracy, it is necessary to regularly use the full software Automatic calibration of the instrument and 6-level target point Adjustment to calibrate.
• Built-in 4000mAh rechargeable polymer battery, please note that the overcharge protection function is normal and charge as required.
