GT-1000-CO2 (0-2000ppm) Portable Gas detector is a high-performance testing equipment of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. It adopts China Electrochemistry/Infrared Absorption Gas Sensor and Microcontroller technology, which has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, etc. The whole machine has the highest performance in China. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users and the operation is simple.

Principle
The instrument adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be measured into the detection gas chamber. The gas reacts with the built-in China electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor or absorbs infrared light of a specific wavelength, and the Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microcontroller (using the new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor) performs High Accuracy acquisition and processing of signals through the 24-bit ADC data collection chip, combined with the temperature compensation function, and finally displays the accurate gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen (supports PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L multiple units), and can perform Data storage, printing and other operations.

Steps
1. Boot Check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor and Filter are installed correctly.
2. Mode settings: According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Calibrate (if required): Using standard gas, calibrate up to 6 target points through the instrument's full software Automatic calibration function to ensure measurement accuracy.
4. Start testing: Place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, and the built-in pump of the instrument will suck gas for testing.
5. Data reading and operation: View the gas concentration (unit can be switched), temperature and Humidity value in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen. You can view historical data, export data or connect to the micro printer to print data through the menu.
6. Shut down and charge: shut down after use, and charge the built-in 4000mA polymer battery in time.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, please do not use it for a long time in an environment beyond this range.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that the instrument can work normally in a micro negative pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be used safely within the specified explosion-proof area.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but it is equipped with a dust filter, and maintenance should also be paid attention to when used in harsh situations.
• The instrument has functions such as overvoltage and overcharge protection, but it still needs to use a matching charger to avoid improper charging.
When calibrating, use a qualified standard gas and follow the operating instructions to ensure linear and accurate measurement.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
Do not disassemble or modify the instrument without authorization, so as not to affect the performance and safety.
• When not in use for a long time, please charge it regularly to maintain battery health.
