GT-1000-CO2 (0-10000ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product under the KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts China electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, good Stability and Repeatability, etc. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports functions such as Data storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection. The operation is simple, and the user can customize various parameters.

1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses China electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with a new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, for High Accuracy measurement and analysis of gas concentration. Measurement results are displayed in real time through a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can be used for Data storage or processing according to settings.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Perform various parameter settings (such as detection mode, storage mode, etc.) through the full Chinese/English menu.
3. Use the built-in air pump for gas sampling.
4. Read gas concentration and Temperature Humidity data in real time on the screen.
5. You can choose to view historical storage data.
6. Export data or connect a micro printer to print data as needed.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Please use within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) of the instrument.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please make sure to operate under the allowable air pressure environment.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, but care should be taken to avoid irreversible damage to the instrument in extremely harsh environments.
• Please use the specified 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery and pay attention to the overcharge protection function to avoid improper charging.
• When calibrating, follow the full software Automatic calibration and 6-level target point calibrating procedure to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, make sure the Filter is effective when used in a dust environment and clean or replace as needed.
Although it has anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference functions, it should still be avoided near strong sources of interference.
• Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg and the size is 220 * 85 * 55mm. Please pay attention to avoid violent impact when carrying and storing.
• This instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used with caution in hazardous environments that meet explosion-proof requirements.
