GT1000- Portable Gas detector is a gas concentration detection equipment suitable for various industrial environments and special environments. It adopts China electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, and the performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, and adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export, and temperature and Humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts China electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, for high Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. Fast Response and accurate measurement through microcontroller technology implementation, and temperature compensation function to ensure measurement accuracy and Stability in different environments.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or confirm the corresponding gas Sensor according to the detection requirements.
2. Parameter settings: Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters.
3. Start detection: start the instrument, the built-in air pump starts to work, and the environment gas is sucked for detection.
4. Data reading and processing: View the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen (support PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L Unit switching and range automatic switching) and Temperature Humidity information.
5. Data management: You can view historical data on the screen, perform Data storage, export, or connect to a micro printer to print data.
6. Calibrate and maintain: Using the full software Automatic calibration function, the Sensor can be calibrated with up to 6 target points to ensure accuracy, and the data recovery function can be used if necessary.
Notice
• Instrument Ambient Temperature is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please use in the specified environment.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with dustproof and waterproof design, and equipped with dust filter, but still need to avoid long-term use in extreme harsh conditions to extend the service life.
• The instrument has overvoltage, overcharge protection and anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference functions, but it should still be avoided in special environments such as strong electromagnetic interference.
• When calibrating, please follow the operation process strictly, and use the 6-level target point Adjustment to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the measurement.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to charging safety and avoid overcharging.
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it should still be used with caution in hazardous locations that meet explosion-proof requirements.
• When sampling, make sure the air path is clear and the Filter is clean to ensure that the Sensor is free from pressure interference and contamination.
