The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. It has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as gas concentration display, historical data viewing, Data storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users and the operation is simple.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks environment gases into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a well-designed gas chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and temperature compensated by High Accuracy's 24-bit ADC data collection chip and 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the accurate concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument supports a variety of gas Sensor combinations to achieve simultaneous detection of 1-5 gases.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the Chinese/English operation menu, customize the parameters (such as detection mode, storage mode, etc.) as needed.
3. Use the built-in air pump for gas sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. You can view the stored historical data directly on the screen.
6. According to the needs, perform data export or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Shut down after use.

• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environments beyond this range.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it should still be used with caution in places that meet explosion-proof requirements.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it should still be used to avoid potential damage to the equipment caused by extremely harsh environments.
• Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before use and use the charging device correctly. The instrument has an overcharge protection function.
• Periodically calibrate the Sensor through Software Automatic calibration of the instrument or 6-level Target point Adjustment to ensure measurement accuracy.
• When using in dusty situations, make sure that the Dust Filter works properly.
• Please follow the menu guidelines when operating to avoid misoperation.
• Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg and the size is 220 * 85 * 55mm. Please keep and carry it properly to avoid severe impact.
