GT-1000-COCL2 (0-10ppm) portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. Features
1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters a reasonably designed gas chamber, it contacts the imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and performs High Accuracy processing and analysis via a microcontroller (using a semiconductor nanoprocess ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor) and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and finally displays the results on the screen in real time. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to reduce the impact of environment temperature on the measurement result and ensure the accuracy and Stability of the measurement.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or confirm the Sensor combination according to the detection requirements.
2. Mode settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode as needed.
3. Sampling detection: start the instrument, the built-in air pump starts to work, and the gas to be tested is sucked for detection.
4. Data reading: Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, which can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. Data management: You can view historical data on the screen, store, export, or print with a micro printer.
6. Automatic calibration and maintenance: Full software calibration or up to 6 levels of target point calibration via the menu, using data recovery if necessary.
7. Shut down and charge: shut down after use, and charge the built-in 4000mA polymer battery.
Notice
• Please use within the range of working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) calibrated by the instrument.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that the instrument can work normally in a micro-negative pressure environment.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4) and use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
• The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but it still needs to be used reasonably to avoid long-term exposure to extremely harsh environments.
• Before use, confirm that the Sensor type matches the gas to be tested and calibrate as necessary to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The built-in battery is a rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the supporting charging equipment.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust filter. When used in dusty occasions, the filter needs to be checked or replaced regularly.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument, so as not to affect normal operation.
When exporting or printing data, ensure that the connected devices are compatible and operate correctly.
• If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to turn it on regularly and charge the battery for maintenance.
