Overview
GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, and the whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. It has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export, and temperature and humidity detection.
Features
1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.
2. Adopt 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial-grade color screen, the resolution is 320x480, and the display is clear.
3. PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units can be freely switched, high and low ranges can be automatically switched.

Principle
The portable Gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a well-designed gas chamber and is in contact with the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by a microcontroller and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen. The instrument supports simultaneous detection of multiple gases and switching of multiple units.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the status of the instrument.
2. Set parameters such as detection mode and storage mode through the menu as needed.
3. Place the instrument in the test environment or use a sampling tube to connect to the detection point.
4. Start the air pump for gas sampling.
5. Read real-time gas concentration and temperature and humidity data on the screen.
6. Historical storage data can be viewed through the menu.
7. When necessary, you can connect a micro printer to print data or export data.
8. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Please use it under the condition of working environment temperature -30~ 60 ℃ and humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please use it within the allowable range.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark, but it still needs to be operated in a specified dangerous place.
• Pay attention to the battery level and charge it in time.
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Ensure that the Dust Filter is in good condition when used in harsh environments.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Do not use in an environment beyond the range for a long time.
