Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas is in contact with the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorbing gas Sensor in the core of the instrument, and the Sensor generates a corresponding electrical signal according to the concentration of the target gas (such as CS2). The signal is converted into a digital signal via a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and processed, analyzed and temperature compensated by an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate gas concentration value (supporting PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L multiple units) is displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Boot self-test: Press the power button for a long time to start the instrument, and the system will perform self-test.
2. Mode settings: Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit selection: According to needs, freely switch between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units.
4. Start detection: The sampling probe is placed in the environment to be tested, the instrument is detected in real time through the built-in pump suction sampling, and the concentration value is displayed on the screen.
5. Data viewing: View real-time data and historical storage data (up to 30,800 sets) through the on-screen menu.
6. Data management: You can transfer data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Maintenance of calibrating: Calibrate the Sensor with full software Automatic calibration or with up to 6 levels of Target Point Adjustment to ensure accuracy.
8. Shut down and charge: Shut down after use, and use the matching charger to charge the built-in 4000mAh polymer battery.
Notice
* Please use in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to avoid use in hazardous locations beyond the explosion protection level.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but should not be soaked for a long time or withstand strong water pressure Impact.
* The built-in battery is a polymer rechargeable battery, please use the original or designated charger to avoid overcharging and overdischarging.
Clean or replace the Dust Filter regularly to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
* When calibrating, use a standard concentration of calibrated gas and follow the operating procedures strictly.
The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
Avoid strong static electricity, magnetic field interference or mechanical impact on the instrument.
If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to turn it on regularly and charge and discharge the battery for maintenance.
