Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the gas to be tested into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts an imported gas Sensor based on electrochemistry or infrared absorption principle, combined with an ultra-low power consumption 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, for High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. The processed data is displayed in real time through a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can be stored, printed or exported according to user settings. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to correct the impact of environment temperature on measurement to ensure measurement accuracy under different operating conditions.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
4. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
5. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen (the unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m ³, mg/L).
6. To view historical data, you can navigate it intuitively on the screen through the menu operation.
7. You can connect the computer to export data through the data cable, or connect the micro printer to print data.
8. After use, shut down and clean and store.
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure that the instrument operates within the range of working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
• Regularly calibrate the Sensor to ensure measurement accuracy, using the 6-level target point Adjustment provided by the instrument.
• The built-in battery is a 4000mAh rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument adopts a dustproof and waterproof design (IP65) and is equipped with a dust Filter, but it is recommended to clean and maintain it in time after use in harsh environments.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• When using the built-in pump in a micro-negative pressure environment, make sure that the air path is connected tightly to prevent air leakage from affecting the measurement.
