GT-1000-ETO (0-10ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for ETO gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The whole machine has the highest performance in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and has functions such as data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the detector. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, High Accuracy Analysis of the inhaled gas, measurement of its ETO gas concentration, and real-time display of the results on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Boot Check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or check the Sensor and Dust Filter as needed.
2. Mode settings: Through the full Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3.Calibrate: Automatic calibration or Sensor target point calibration as required.
4. Start detection: start the air pump, place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically inhales the gas for analysis.
5. Data viewing: real-time view of gas concentration (unit can be switched), temperature and humidity values on the screen, and view historical storage data.
6. Data export/printing: Export the stored data through the corresponding function or connect it to a micro printer for printing.
7. Shut down and charge: shut down after use, and charge the built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery.
Notice
• Please use it under the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) specified by the instrument.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with dustproof and waterproof capabilities, but still need to be used reasonably and regularly cleaned and maintained.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it should still be used with caution in places that meet explosion-proof requirements.
Do not disassemble or modify the instrument without authorization, so as not to affect the performance or cause danger.
• Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurements.
• Pay attention to the overcharge protection of the battery and use the matching charger to charge.
• When used in harsh environments, ensure that the Dust Filter is installed correctly and replaced regularly.
• Instrument Response Time ≤ 20s (T90), recovery time ≤ 20s, please reserve enough time during measurement to ensure stable reading.
