GT-1000-ETO (0-500ppm) portable Gas detector, suitable for ethylene oxide (ETO) gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the air chamber inside the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The gas reacts or interacts with the built-in import electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is converted to High Accuracy Analog-to-Digital by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and then processed, analyzed and temperature compensation by a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate gas concentration value (supporting multiple unit displays) and environment temperature and humidity information are displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
3. Use a suction pump for gas sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration (unit can be switched) and temperature and humidity data in real time on the screen.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed on the screen.
6. Export data or connect a micro printer to print data as needed.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please use the air pump function under the allowable micro-negative pressure environment.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Automatic calibration of the instrument and 6-level target point Adjustment are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, please ensure that the Filter is in good condition when used in harsh environments.
• Please pay attention to the battery power and charge the built-in 4000mAh polymer battery in time.
• Avoid the instrument being subject to overvoltage, overcharge, strong electrostatic or strong magnetic field interference.
• The amount of data stored by the instrument is limited (30,800 groups in a single channel), so pay attention to regularly exporting data to avoid overflow.
