Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, which is very good to display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and can view historical data on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip for signal processing and calculation, to achieve fast and accurate measurement of gas concentration. The instrument has the function of temperature compensation and adopts a reasonable gas chamber design to ensure that the Sensor is not disturbed by pressure and ensure the Stability and accuracy of the measurement results.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: ensure that the instrument has sufficient power.
2. Mode settings: adjust the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Unit selection: freely switch between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units.
4. Start detection: Use pump suction sampling for gas concentration detection.
5. Data view: real-time view of gas concentration, temperature and humidity value and historical data through the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.
6. Data management: Data storage, export, or connection to a micro printer to print data.
7. Maintenance of calibrating: Use the full software Automatic calibration function, or perform up to 6 levels of target point Sensor calibrating.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is equipped with a dust filter, which needs to be maintained when it is suitable for harsh situations.
• When using the built-in powerful air pump, ensure that it works in a micro-negative pressure environment to ensure Sensor performance.
Automatic calibration and data recovery functions of the instrument are regularly used to ensure the accuracy and linearity of measurements.
• Avoid the instrument being subject to overvoltage, overcharge, strong electrostatic or strong magnetic field interference.
