GT-1000-EX (0-100% LEL) Portable Gas detector is a high-performance testing equipment of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the gas to be tested into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze gas concentration. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by High Accuracy's 24-bit ADC data collection chip and 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the results are displayed on the screen in real time, and can be stored or output according to the settings.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Through the Chinese/English menu, set the corresponding detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters according to the detection requirements.
4. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
5. Read the gas concentration value (unit can be switched) and temperature and humidity information in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
6. During or after the inspection process, you can view historical data through the screen, or use the data export and printing functions.
7. After use, shut down and clean and maintain the instrument.
Notice
* Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
* Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
* The built-in battery is a rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger and pay attention to overcharge protection.
* The instrument is designed to be dustproof and waterproof (IP65), but it should still be used to avoid long-term immersion or extreme physical Impact.
* When using in a dusty environment, make sure the Dust Filter works properly.
