Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas is contacted with the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas sensor through a reasonably designed gas chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and performs High Accuracy Processing and Analysis through a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value is displayed in real time on a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the accuracy of measurement results.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-check.
3. Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
4. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling detection.
5. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
6. During or after the inspection process, historical data can be viewed on the screen, or the results can be recorded through data export and printing functions.
7. After use, shut down and clean and maintain the instrument.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Do not use in an environment beyond the working air pressure range (-30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but should still be avoided in extremely hazardous or open flame environments.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong water flow Impact when using it.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please use the matching charger when charging and pay attention to the overcharge protection function, but it is recommended not to overcharge for a long time.
• Built-in strong air pump, please ensure that the sampling pipeline is unobstructed to avoid blockage affecting the detection.
• The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, please check and replace it in time when used in harsh environments.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Please use it according to the operation steps, and non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the instrument without authorization.
