Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas is contacted by the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor through a reasonably designed gas chamber. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the gas concentration value in real time on a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to correct the impact of environment temperature on measurement and ensure detection accuracy.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor status is normal.
2. Parameter settings: Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Sampling detection: Start the built-in air pump, place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and the instrument automatically performs gas sampling and concentration detection.
4. Data reading: View the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen (the unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L) and temperature and humidity information.
5. Data management: You can visually view historical data on the screen, or transfer data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
6. Maintenance of calibrate: Sensor calibrate up to 6 target points using the full software Automatic calibration function to ensure measurement accuracy and data recovery.
Notice
• Instrument working environment temperature is -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation), working pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please use in the specified environment.
• The instrument has an explosion protection mark (ExdII CT4), but it still needs to be operated under safety regulations to avoid use in hazardous environments beyond the explosion protection level.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the matching charger to charge.
• The instrument is designed to be dustproof and waterproof (IP65) and equipped with a dust filter, but after use in extremely harsh environments, it is recommended to check and clean the Filter and Instrument Appearance.
• Sensor calibrating, please use standard gas and strictly follow the calibrating procedure to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the measurement.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument, so as not to affect normal operation.
