Principle
The portable Gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method. The built-in powerful air pump sucks the environment gas into the air chamber inside the instrument, and the gas is in contact with the built-in import electrochemistry or infrared absorption Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by the 24-bit ADC data collection chip of High Accuracy and the 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value, temperature and humidity information are displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Self-test: Conduct self-test after the instrument is started to confirm that the Sensor and system status are normal.
3. Mode settings: Set the required detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
4. Parameter settings: Users can customize various parameters according to their needs, such as concentration units (PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L), alarm thresholds, etc.
5. Start detection: place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, the built-in air pump will suck gas for detection, and the concentration value will be displayed on the screen in real time.
6. Data viewing: Real-time data and stored historical data can be viewed directly on the screen.
7. Data export/printing: Connect the computer to export data through the corresponding interface, or connect the micro printer for data printing.
8. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in an environment beyond this air pressure range.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), but it still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment and avoid use in places with strong static electricity or strong magnetic fields.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy, and the instrument supports software Automatic calibration and multi-level target point calibrating.
• The built-in battery is a rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust filter. When using it in dusty and harsh situations, please check and replace the filter regularly.
• The instrument adopts a dustproof and waterproof design (IP65), but it is not a diving equipment, so do not immerse in liquids.
• Avoid severe impact or falling of the instrument.
• If not used for a long time, please charge it regularly to maintain battery performance.
