Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, which is very good to display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and can view historical data on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The instrument adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed air chamber and is in contact with the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is collected by the 24-bit ADC data collection chip of High Accuracy, and is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value, temperature and humidity information are displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit switching: Select PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L concentration units as needed.
4. Start detection: place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically pumps the sampling and displays the real-time concentration and temperature and humidity.
5. Data viewing: View historical storage data through the on-screen menu.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the corresponding device for data export or printing.
7.Calibrate: Sensor calibrate with up to 6 levels of target points with full software Automatic calibration.
8. Shutdown: Long press the power button to turn off the instrument.
Notice
• Working environment temperature is -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with certain dustproof and waterproof ability, but still need to avoid long-term immersion or extreme harsh environment.
• Please make sure that the battery is fully charged before use, and use the charger correctly to charge. The instrument has an overcharge protection function.
Sensor calibrates regularly to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
• When working in a micro-negative pressure environment, rely on the built-in air pump for normal sampling.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, please check and replace the Filter regularly when using it in a dust environment.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Do not disassemble or modify the instrument yourself.
