GT-1000-H2 (0-5000ppm) Portable Gas detector is a high-performance testing equipment under the KORNO brand, suitable for hydrogen concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. It has a built-in 4000mAh large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports various functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection. It is easy to operate and users can customize various parameters according to their needs.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power consumption 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, for High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. The Sensor converts gas concentration into electrical signals. After analysis and calculation by the microprocessor, the concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and supports data storage, printing and export. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to correct the influence of environment temperature on measurement results, ensuring accuracy and Stability under different operating conditions.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Select and adjust the required detection mode, storage mode, print mode, display mode or air pump mode through the menu.
3. Unit switching: Select PPM,% VOL, mg/m3 or mg/L as the concentration display unit in the settings.
4. Start detection: place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument performs gas concentration detection through built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Data viewing: View gas concentration, temperature and humidity data in real time on the screen, or enter the historical data menu to view stored records.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the computer to export data through the Interface, or connect the micro printer for data printing.
7.Calibrate: Sensor calibrate with full software Automatic calibration or with up to 6 levels of target points.
8. Shutdown: After completing the test, press the power button to turn off the instrument.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in an area that meets its explosion-proof rating.
• The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to overcharge protection and use the matching charger to charge.
• The instrument is designed to be dustproof and waterproof (IP65) and equipped with a dust filter, but it should still be avoided to use in extremely harsh environments for a long time, and the Filter status should be checked regularly.
When calibrating, make sure to use standard gas and follow the operating instructions to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• When using the built-in air pump in a micro-negative pressure environment, make sure that the air path is tightly connected to prevent leakage from affecting the sampling.
When storing or exporting data, ensure a stable connection to prevent data loss.
