The instrument has a built-in 4000mAh large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck the gas to be tested into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with a new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, for High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. The microcontroller technology is responsible for controlling the entire measurement process, including signal conversion, temperature compensation, data calculation and display, and finally clearly displays the gas concentration value and various parameters on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or confirm the Sensor combination according to the detection requirements.
2. Mode settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode as needed.
3. Sampling detection: start the instrument, the built-in air pump starts to work, and the gas to be tested is sucked for detection.
4. Data reading and unit switching: Read real-time gas concentration values on the screen, and can freely switch between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four units.
5. Data management: You can view historical data directly on the screen, or export data, connect to a micro printer to print data.
6. calibrating and maintenance: Automatic calibration or multi-level target point calibrating is carried out regularly through the instrument software to ensure measurement accuracy.
Notice
• Please use it in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4) and use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
• The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but still needs to avoid abuse in extremely harsh environments for a long time.
• Please make sure that the gas path is open and the dust Filter is in good condition before use.
• Regularly calibrate instruments and Sensors to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Please use the supporting charging equipment when charging. Note that although the overcharge protection function is available, it is still not recommended to overcharge for a long time.
• When used in a micro-negative pressure environment, rely on the built-in pump to work, do not use it under negative pressure conditions beyond its working capacity.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
When storing or exporting data, follow the relevant operating instructions to prevent data loss.
• If it is not used for a long time, please charge and discharge the battery regularly for maintenance.
