Overview
GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a device suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. It adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, and the performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, and is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export, and temperature and humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The portable gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed air chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is collected by High Accuracy's 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and then processed and analyzed by a 32-bit microprocessor. The instrument performs temperature compensation and calibrating through algorithms, and finally displays the accurate gas concentration value, temperature and humidity information on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can store or output data according to the settings.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Enter the settings interface through the Chinese/English menu, and customize the detection parameters (such as detection mode, storage mode, unit, etc.) as needed.
4. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and the instrument passes the built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Read gas concentration, temperature and humidity data in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. Historical storage data can be viewed through the menu.
7. When necessary, you can connect the computer to export data through the data export function, or connect the micro printer to print data.
8. After use, shut down and clean and maintain the instrument.
9. Sensor calibrate regularly according to the instructions to ensure measurement accuracy.
Notice
* Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* Do not use in an environment beyond the working air pressure range (-30~ 100Kpa).
* The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment and avoid charging or disassembly in dangerous places.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is equipped with a dust filter, and it should also be protected when used in harsh environments to avoid serious blockage or soaking.
* The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery. Please use the matching charger when charging, and note that although the overcharge protection function is available, it is still not recommended to overcharge for a long time.
* Sensor calibrating, please use standard gas and strictly follow the operation steps to ensure the effectiveness of calibrating.
The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
* Avoid instrument from strong static electricity or magnetic field interference, so as not to affect Measurement accuracy.
* Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg, Dimension is 220 * 85 * 55mm, take care to avoid violent collision or drop when carrying and using.
