GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, etc. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, with data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection functions.
Features
1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The portable gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and is in contact with the built-in import electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, performs High Accuracy processing and analysis through a microcontroller and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and finally displays the result on the screen in real time, and can be stored or output according to the settings.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Customize various parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
3. Select the required working mode such as detection mode and storage mode.
4. Use a suction pump for gas sampling.
5. Read real-time gas concentration, temperature and humidity data on the screen.
6. Can switch PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L and other concentration units.
7. View historical data records on the screen.
8. Export data or connect a micro printer to print data as needed.
9. Shut down after use.

• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
Although the instrument is designed to be dustproof, waterproof (IP65) and explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), it is still necessary to avoid abuse under extreme conditions.
• To ensure measurement accuracy, follow the instructions regularly for full software Automatic calibration or up to 6 levels of target point calibrating.
• Built-in rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and charge according to the specifications.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, please ensure that the Filter is in good condition when used in a dust environment.
• Please pay attention to the relevant prompts of anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference when operating.
• Sensors are precision components, please avoid severe Impact or pressure interference.
