GT1000-Portable Gas detector is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, and the performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection functions, various parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The portable gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the detection gas chamber through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology to detect and analyze gas concentration. The Sensor signal is processed by a High Accuracy 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen, and supports data storage and output.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Customize and set various parameters (such as detection mode, storage mode, etc.) through the full Chinese/English menu.
3. Use the built-in air pump for gas sampling.
4. Read real-time gas concentration, temperature and humidity data on the screen, and switch concentration units.
5. View the historical data records on the screen as needed.
6. Data output can be carried out through the data export function or by connecting the micro printer.
7. Turn off after use and charge if necessary.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please make sure to operate under the allowable air pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Note that the instrument's Protection Rating is IP65, but proper maintenance is required after use.
• Please use the supporting charging equipment when charging, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• When calibrating, follow the multi-level target point calibrating procedure to ensure measurement accuracy.
• When used in harsh environments, make sure the Dust Filter is properly installed.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• When not in use for a long time, please charge and discharge the battery regularly for maintenance.
