Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze target components (such as H2S) in the inhaled gas. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by High Accuracy's 24-bit ADC data collection chip and 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the concentration value on the screen in real time, and can be stored or output according to the settings.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Through the Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters according to the detection requirements.
4. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and the built-in pump of the instrument starts to work to suck gas.
5. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, and the unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
6. During the detection process, real-time temperature and humidity data or historical storage data can be viewed through the menu.
7. After the test is completed, the stored data can be transferred to the computer through the data export function, or a micro printer can be connected for data printing.
8. Turn off the machine after use, clean and maintain the instrument, and charge it in time.
Notice
Do not use under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong water flow Impact when using it.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but please use it within the specified hazard level.
• The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger, and note that although the overcharge protection function is available, it is still recommended to avoid overcharging for a long time.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and strictly follow the operating instructions to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust filter. When used in a dusty environment, the filter should be checked and cleaned or replaced regularly.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference to the instrument, although the product has corresponding protective functions.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC material, please avoid impact and fall to prevent damage.
• If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to turn it on regularly and charge and discharge the battery for maintenance.
