GT1000-Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments, adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, Fast Response Speed, High Measurement Accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, and has functions such as data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The instrument adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be measured is sucked into the detection gas chamber through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor to sense the specific gas concentration, and transmits the signal to the microcontroller for processing and calculation, and finally displays the gas concentration value on the screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to reduce the impact of environment temperature on the measurement results.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the corresponding detection mode, storage mode and other parameters in the menu.
3. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the air pump for sampling.
4. Read real-time gas concentration, temperature and humidity data on the instrument screen.
5. You can view historical storage data, export data, or connect a micro printer to print data through the menu.
6. After use, shut down and keep it safe.

• Please use within the range of working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) specified by the instrument.
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in dangerous places that meet the requirements.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, please check and replace it in time when used in harsh environments.
