Principle
The portable Gas detector uses an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor to inhale the gas to be measured through a pump-suction Sampling method. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a High Accuracy 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, accurate concentration values are displayed on the screen, and data storage, printing and export can be realized.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and instrument status.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Place the instrument sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested.
4. Start the built-in air pump for sampling detection.
5. Read real-time gas concentration, temperature and humidity data on the screen.
6. Historical data records can be viewed through the menu.
7. When necessary, connect a micro printer for data printing or export data.
8. Turn off the machine after use and charge it in time.
Notice
• Please use it in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and use it in the specified dangerous places.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Pay attention to the overcharge protection of the battery and use the matching charger to charge.
• When used in harsh environments, ensure that the Dust Filter is installed in place.
The instrument has a waterproof and dustproof design (IP65), but it should still avoid prolonged immersion or extreme conditions.
• During transportation and storage, avoid violent collisions and high temperature and high humidity environments.
