GT1000-Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments, adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, Fast Response Speed, High Measurement Accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, and has functions such as data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be measured is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microcontroller (using a 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip) processes, calculates and temperature compensation the signal, and finally displays the gas concentration value accurately on the screen, and can be stored and printed.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the Chinese/English menu, customize the parameters (such as detection mode, storage mode, etc.) as needed.
3. Use a suction pump for sampling.
4. Read real-time gas concentration, temperature and humidity data on the screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed on the screen.
6. Optional micro printer for data printing, or export data.
7. Shut down after use.
8. Automatic calibration is performed regularly through software to ensure measurement accuracy.
Notice
• Instrument working environment temperature is -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please use it within the specified range.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and use it in an explosion-proof environment that meets the requirements.
• The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid use in extremely harsh conditions beyond its protective capabilities.
• Maintain and calibrate Sensors regularly to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Please use the matching charging equipment to charge the built-in polymer battery and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• When using in an environment with static electricity and strong magnetic fields, please note that the instrument has corresponding protective functions, but still need to be cautious.
• If you need to replace or combine Sensors, make sure you operate them correctly.
