GT-1000-H2S (0-500ppm) portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, with storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection and other functions, the parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.
Features
1. Using a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor, 24-bit ADC data collection chip, Measurement accuracy is the highest level in the industry.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas is contacted with the built-in import electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas sensor through a reasonably designed gas chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate gas concentration value (supporting PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four units) is displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Settings: Through the full Chinese/English menu, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Calibrate: Use the full software Automatic calibration function, or perform up to 6 levels of target point Sensor calibrating.
4. Detection: Align the instrument sampling port or place it in the environment to be tested, and the built-in air pump will automatically suck gas for detection.
5. View: View the gas concentration, temperature and humidity value and historical data in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. Data management: Data can be stored, exported, or printed with a micro printer.
7. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Do not use in an environment beyond the working air pressure range (-30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but it is still necessary to avoid extreme conditions when using it.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, please ensure that the Filter is effective when used in a dust environment.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
