Overview
GT-1000-H2S (0-1000ppm) portable Gas detector is a product under the KORNO brand, which is suitable for H2S gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long battery life; adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export, and temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas passes through a well-designed gas chamber and is in contact with the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and analyzed by a microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip for High Accuracy, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to reduce the impact of environment temperature on the measurement results.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Set detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Align the instrument sampling port or place it in the gas environment to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
4. Read the real-time gas concentration value on the screen, the unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed through the on-screen menu.
6. Connect the micro printer to print data or export data as required.
7. Turn off after use and charge if necessary.
Notice
* Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in a pressure environment beyond this range.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid prolonged immersion or extreme conditions.
Periodically calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be used in designated hazardous locations.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
* When the resolution is displayed as 0.1ppm, note that the range is 0 to 1000ppm.
* Built-in polymer Battery capacity is 4000mA, please maintain properly to extend Battery life.
