Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, with storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection and other functions. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

1. Using a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor, 24-bit ADC data collection chip, Measurement accuracy is the highest level in the industry.

Principle
The instrument adopts a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump, which can work in a micro-negative pressure environment. The target gas concentration is detected by an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor signal is processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Combined with the temperature compensation function, the gas concentration value is finally displayed on the screen with High Accuracy. Reasonable gas chamber design can ensure that the Sensor is not disturbed by pressure.

Steps
1. Turn it on and customize various parameters through the full Chinese/English operation menu.
2. Select detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc.
3. Use the built-in air pump for sampling detection.
4. View real-time gas concentration value, temperature and humidity value and historical data on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.
5. You can choose PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units for display.
6. Perform data storage, data export, or connect to a micro printer to print data.
7. Use Full Software Automatic calibration or 6-level Target Point Adjustment to calibrate the instrument.

• Working environment temperature is -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• The instrument has overvoltage and overcharge protection functions, but it still needs to be charged and used according to specifications.
• The instrument is designed to be dustproof and waterproof with a dust filter, but requires regular maintenance to ensure normal use in harsh situations.
• When calibrating, follow the multi-level target point calibrating process to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Note that the zero drift index of the instrument is ≤ +/- 1% (F. S/year), and it is recommended to calibrate regularly.
