GT1000-Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments, adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, Fast Response Speed, High Measurement Accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, and has functions such as data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The instrument adopts pump-suction Sampling method with built-in powerful suction pump to suck the gas to be measured into the detection gas chamber. The specific gas concentration is sensed through the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, and the signal is transmitted to the microcontroller. The microcontroller processes and calculates the signal, and finally displays the gas concentration value and Miscellaneous parameters on the screen.

Steps
1. Boot self-test.
2. According to the menu prompts, set the detection mode, storage mode and other parameters.
3. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested.
4. The instrument automatically pumps sampling and displays gas concentration and temperature and humidity values in real time.
5. You can view historical data through the screen, or connect the printer to print data.
6. After use, turn off and charge.
Notice
• Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, but care should be taken to avoid long-term immersion or strong water flow Impact.
• Please use the original matching charger for charging to avoid the risk of overcharging.
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• When used in a potentially explosive environment, ensure that the instrument explosion protection mark (ExdII CT4) meets the on-site explosion protection requirements.
• Do not disassemble or modify the instrument yourself.
• When not in use for a long time, please charge it regularly to maintain battery performance.
