Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the air chamber inside the instrument. The core of the instrument adopts an imported gas Sensor based on electrochemistry or infrared absorption principle, and the Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. These signals are converted to analog and digital through the 24-bit ADC data collection chip of High Accuracy, and then processed, analyzed and temperature compensated by the ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate gas concentration value (supporting PPM,% VOL, mg/m ³, mg/L multiple units) and environment temperature and humidity information are displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Boot inspection: Make sure that the instrument has sufficient power, and turn it on for self-inspection.
2. Mode settings: According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. in the menu.
3. Calibrate and unit selection: Use the full software Automatic calibration function to calibrate and select the desired unit in PPM,% VOL, mg/m ³, mg/L four concentration units.
4. Start detection: Start the built-in air pump, place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically samples and displays the gas concentration and temperature and humidity in real time.
5. Data viewing and processing: Real-time data and stored historical data can be viewed directly on the screen (up to 30,800 sets per channel).
6. Data export and printing: Export the stored data through the data export function, or connect the micro printer for data printing.
7. Shut down and charge: shut down after use, and charge the built-in 4000mAh polymer battery in time.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation. Please do not use it in an environment beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, ensuring that it works in the air pressure environment allowed by the instrument.
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to avoid use in hazardous areas beyond the explosion protection level.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but it still needs to be cleaned and maintained after use, especially the Dust Filter.
• The built-in battery is a polymer rechargeable battery, please use the matching charger and pay attention to the overcharge protection function to avoid improper charging.
• Sensors need to be calibrated regularly (supports up to 6 target point calibrations) to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
• When using the built-in air pump in a micro-negative pressure environment, make sure that the air path is tightly connected to prevent leakage from affecting the test results.
• Avoid strong static electricity and magnetic field interference in the instrument, so as not to affect normal operation.
• Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg and the size is 220 * 85 * 55mm. Please keep it properly when carrying and using it to avoid severe impact.
• If not used for a long time, please store the instrument in a drying, room temperature environment and charge it regularly for maintenance.
