Overview
GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, model GT-1000-HBr (0-100ppm). It is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. It adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The instrument adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the detector. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the accurate concentration value on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the battery level and instrument status.
2. Set detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
4. Read data such as gas concentration, temperature and humidity in real time on the screen.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed through the menu.
6. Connect the micro printer to print data or transfer data through the data export function as needed.
7. Shut down after use, calibrate and maintain regularly.
Notice
The working environment temperature should be in the range of -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
Automatic calibration or target point calibration is performed regularly to ensure measurement accuracy.
The instrument has a dustproof and waterproof design (IP65), but it is still necessary to avoid physical damage to the instrument due to extreme conditions.
• When using the built-in air pump, pay attention to the smooth air passage to avoid blockage.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
When using in an environment with static electricity or strong magnetic fields, it is necessary to note that although the instrument has a protective function, it should still avoid long-term exposure.
When not in use for a long time, please charge the battery regularly.
