Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the air chamber inside the instrument. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, to carry out High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. The signal is analyzed by microcontroller technology, and the gas concentration value is finally displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen in real time, and supports data storage and output.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or confirm the Sensor combination according to the detection requirements.
2. Mode settings: Through the full Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode as needed.
3. Sampling detection: Start the built-in air pump, place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically inhales the gas for analysis.
4. Data reading: View the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen (support PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L unit switching) and temperature and humidity information.
5. Data management: You can view historical storage data on the screen, or transfer it through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
6. Calibrate and maintain: Periodically calibrate through full software Automatic calibration of the instrument or 6-level target point Adjustment to ensure measurement accuracy.

• Do not use the instrument under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
