Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, super long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, which can display various technical indicators and gas concentration values well, and has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The portable Gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful suction pump to suck the gas to be measured into the inside of the instrument. When the gas passes through the Sensor (such as an electrochemistry or infrared absorption Sensor), the Sensor generates a corresponding electrical signal based on the gas concentration. These signals are processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally display accurate concentration values on a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and support data storage, printing and export.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Adjust the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit switching: Select PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L concentration units as needed.
4. Gas detection: The sampling probe is placed in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically extracts air and displays real-time concentration.
5. Data viewing: View historical detection data directly on the screen.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the device through the corresponding interface for data export or printing.
7.Calibrate: Automatic calibration function with full software can calibrate up to 6 target points.
Notice
* Please use it under the conditions of instrument working environment temperature -30~ 60 ℃ and humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation).
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that the instrument can work normally in a micro-negative pressure environment.
The instrument has an explosion-proof function (ExdII CT4), but it still needs to be used with caution in hazardous locations that meet explosion-proof requirements.
* The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, and the Filter status should be checked when used in harsh environments.
* The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
* Regularly calibrate according to the operation steps to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
The instrument is designed to be dustproof and waterproof (IP65), but it is not soaked for a long time, and protection is still required when using it.
