Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze the gas concentration. The Sensor signal is processed by a High Accuracy 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally the gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the screen, and data storage and printing can be performed according to the settings.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the Chinese/English menu, customize the parameters (such as detection mode, storage mode, etc.) as needed.
3. Gas detection using pump sampling, the instrument automatically displays gas concentration (unit can be switched) and temperature and humidity values.
4. Historical detection data can be viewed directly on the screen.
5. You can connect the computer to export data through the data cable, or connect the micro printer to print data.
6. Turn off after use, or charge as needed.
Notice
• Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please ensure that the built-in air pump is used in the micro-negative pressure environment allowed by the instrument.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it should still be used with caution in situations that meet explosion-proof requirements.
• To ensure measurement accuracy, regularly calibrate using the instrument's full software Automatic calibration and 6-level Target Point Adjustment.
• The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, please check the Filter status when using in harsh environments.
• Please use the matching charging equipment to charge the built-in 4000mA polymer battery and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC material, please avoid violent impact when using it.
