Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environment gases into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters a well-designed gas chamber, it contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the accurate concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with the impact of environment temperature changes on measurement.

Steps
1. Make sure the instrument has sufficient power before turning it on.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the corresponding detection mode, storage mode and other parameters in the menu.
3. Align the instrument sampling port to the gas area to be measured, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen, and the unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. You can view historical storage data through the menu, or connect a micro printer for data printing.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the instrument.
7. Adjustment is used regularly to calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in a pressure environment beyond this range.
* Although the instrument has a dustproof and waterproof (IP65) and explosion-proof (ExdII CT4) design, it is still necessary to avoid abuse in extremely harsh or exceeding its Protection Rating environment.
* The built-in battery is a rechargeable polymer battery, please use the supporting charging equipment, and note that although the overcharge protection function is available, it is still recommended to avoid overcharging for a long time.
* When calibrating, use standard gas strictly according to the operating instructions to ensure the accuracy of calibrating.
* The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, please check and replace the Filter in time when using it in a dust environment to protect the Sensor.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument, although the product has corresponding protective functions.
If not in use for a long time, please charge and maintain the instrument regularly.
