Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, which is very good to display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and can view historical data on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful suction pump to suck the gas to be measured into the inside of the instrument. When the gas passes through the Sensor (such as electrochemistry or infrared absorption Sensor), the Sensor generates a corresponding electrical signal according to the gas concentration. The signal is processed by a microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and finally the gas concentration value is displayed on the screen, and the data can be stored, printed or exported as needed.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Align the instrument sampling port to the gas area to be measured, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen (the unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L).
5. Historical data records can be viewed on the instrument screen.
6. You can connect the computer to export data through the data cable, or connect the micro printer to print data.
7. Turn off after use and charge if necessary.
Notice
• Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• The instrument is explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be operated under safety regulations to avoid use in extremely dangerous environments.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or extreme harsh conditions when using it.
• The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, which should be checked and replaced regularly when used in a dust environment.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg and the size is 220 * 85 * 55mm. Please keep it properly to avoid falling or violent impact.
