GT-1000-HCN (0-1000ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product under the KORNO brand, suitable for HCN gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. After the gas enters the reasonably designed gas chamber, it contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration information into electrical signals, which are processed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate concentration value (supporting PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four units) is displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function, which can effectively correct the impact of environment temperature on measurement and ensure the accuracy of test results.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Settings: Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters according to the needs.
3.Calibrate: Automatic calibration function with full software can select up to 6 target points for calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy.
4. Detection: Aim the instrument sampling port at the gas area to be measured, and the built-in air pump will automatically suck the gas for detection.
5. Reading: The gas concentration value is directly read on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, and the unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
6. Data management: You can view historical data on the screen, store data (30800 groups in a single channel), export data through a data cable, or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
* Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in a pressure environment beyond this range.
The instrument has a dustproof, waterproof (IP65) design and is equipped with a dust filter, but it should still be avoided under extreme conditions for a long time.
* Please use the matching charger when charging. The instrument has an overcharge protection function, but it is still recommended to avoid overcharging.
* Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data in time for backup.
This instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it should be used in strict accordance with the safety operating procedures for the relevant hazardous areas.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
