GT-1000-HF (0-10ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, etc. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. It has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection. It is easy to operate and users can customize various parameters.

Measurement accuracy is the highest in the industry with a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.
Adopt 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial-grade color screen (resolution 320x480) to display various technical indicators and gas concentration values.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the environment gas into the inside of the instrument. After the gas passes through the dust Filter, it enters a specially designed gas chamber and contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, performs High Accuracy processing and analysis through a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the concentration value in real time on a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to deal with the impact of environment temperature changes on the measurement and ensure the accuracy of the detection results.

Steps
1. Boot inspection: Make sure that the instrument has sufficient power, and turn it on for self-inspection.
2. Parameter settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters according to the needs.
3. Sampling detection: The instrument is placed in the environment to be tested, and the built-in pump will suck gas for detection.
4. Reading and recording: Check the gas concentration (unit can be switched) and temperature and humidity value in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
5. Data management: Historical storage data can be viewed on the screen, and data can be exported by connecting a device or printing data by connecting a micro printer when necessary.
Automatic calibration or manual calibration of up to 6 target points by instrument software on a regular basis to maintain accuracy.
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range is -30~ 60 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, do not use in environments beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, ensuring operation in the air pressure environment allowed by the instrument.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof area.
• The instrument adopts a dustproof and waterproof design (IP65), but it is equipped with a dust filter. When using in harsh environments, you should pay attention to the state of the filter.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable battery, please use the supporting charging equipment and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Sensors are precision components and should be protected from severe vibration or pressure Impact.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and strictly follow the operating procedures.
• If not used for a long time, please charge it regularly to maintain battery performance.
