Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas is in contact with the built-in import electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, which generates electrical signals related to gas concentration. The microcontroller (using a 32-bit processor and a 24-bit ADC chip) collects and processes these signals. After calculation by algorithms such as temperature compensation, the accurate gas concentration value is finally displayed on the screen in real time. The instrument supports multiple concentration unit switching and range automatic switching, and can store, process and output detection data.

Steps
1. Boot Check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor and Filter are installed in good condition.
2. Mode settings: Set the required detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode through the menu.
3. calibrate: Sensor calibrate up to 6 target points using full software Automatic calibration function or as needed.
4. Start detection: start the air pump, place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically inhales the gas and detects it.
5. Data view: real-time view of gas concentration, temperature and humidity data on the 3.5-inch color screen, and can switch concentration units.
6. Historical data management: View stored historical data records on the screen, or make backups through the data export function.
7. Data printing: Connect the micro printer to print the detection data.
8. Shut down and charge: shut down after use, and charge the built-in polymer battery in time.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation. Please do not use it for a long time in an environment beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that the air pump can work normally in a micro-negative pressure environment.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
• Regularly check and clean or replace the Dust Filter to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid strong static electricity, magnetic field interference, and mechanical impact or overvoltage impact.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to whether the overcharge protection function is normal.
• After the data storage is full, please export the backup in time to prevent overwriting important historical data.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC material, please avoid contact with corrosive chemicals.
• If it is not used for a long time, please turn it on regularly and charge and discharge the battery for maintenance.
