Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip for High Accuracy signal processing and analysis, so as to quickly and accurately determine the gas concentration. Its reasonable gas chamber design can ensure that the Sensor is not disturbed by pressure, ensuring the Stability and Reliability of the detection result.

Steps
1. Check whether the power and Appearance of the instrument are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Through the Chinese/English menu, set the corresponding detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and other parameters according to the detection requirements.
4. Place the sampling probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
5. Read gas concentration, temperature and humidity data in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
6. During the detection process, the instrument will automatically store data (up to 30,800 groups in a single channel), and the storage can also be triggered manually.
7. After the inspection, the historical data can be viewed through the instrument screen, or the records can be transferred to an external device through the data export function, or the data can be directly printed by connecting to a micro printer.
8. Turn off the machine after use, clean and maintain the instrument, and charge it if necessary.
Notice
• Do not use the instrument under conditions exceeding the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Do not use in an environment beyond the working air pressure range (-30~ 100Kpa), the built-in pump can work in a micro-negative pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be used safely within the specified explosion-proof area.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong Impact when using it.
• Sensors are regularly calibrated to maintain Measurement accuracy, and the instrument supports Full Software Automatic calibration and 6-level target point calibration.
• Built-in 4000mAh battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and note that although the overcharge protection function is available, it is still recommended to avoid overcharging.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust filter. When used in harsh environments, the filter needs to be checked and cleaned or replaced regularly to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
When performing operations such as data export or connecting to a printer, ensure that the connection is stable to avoid data transmission interruptions or errors.
• When the instrument is stored, it should be placed in a drying, clean and non-corrosive gas environment.
