Principle
The portable Gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, to detect and analyze the target components (such as N2H4) in the inhaled gas, and display the concentration value and other information through the 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has the function of temperature compensation to ensure the measurement accuracy under different environment temperatures.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: ensure that the instrument has sufficient power.
2. Boot self-test: Turn on the instrument and wait for the system self-test to complete.
3. Mode settings: According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
4. Unit selection: Select the desired unit among the four concentration units of PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, and mg/L.
5. Start detection: Align the instrument sampling port or place it in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically pumps the sampling and displays the real-time concentration.
6. Data viewing: Real-time data and historical storage data can be viewed directly on the screen.
7. Data export/printing: Connect the device through the corresponding function to export or print data.
8. calibrating: Automatic calibration or multi-level target point calibrating as required.
9. Shut down: After the test is completed, turn off the instrument.
Notice
• Do not use in conditions beyond the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) or humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please do not use it in a pressure environment beyond this range.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be used safely within the specified explosion-proof area.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong water flow Impact when using it.
• The built-in battery is a rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust filter. When using it in a harsh environment, pay attention to the state of the filter and replace it if necessary.
When calibrating, make sure to use standard gas and operate in a safe environment.
• Although the instrument has anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference functions, it should still be avoided in strong electrostatic or strong magnetic field environments.
• Do not disassemble or modify the instrument yourself, so as not to affect the performance or cause danger.
• When not in use for a long time, please charge it regularly to keep the battery active.
