Overview
GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a Gas detection equipment of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement Accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and the performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Users can customize various parameters, and the operation is simple. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery with long standby time; it adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and supports viewing historical data on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The portable Gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the results (such as gas concentration, temperature and humidity, etc.) are displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to reduce the impact of environment temperature changes on the measurement results and ensure the accuracy of the detection.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Select and adjust the required detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit switching: Free switching between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L concentration units as needed.
4. Start detection: align the instrument sampling port with the gas area to be measured, and the instrument will automatically perform pump sampling and display real-time concentration and temperature and humidity data.
5. Data viewing: You can visually view current data and historical storage data on the screen.
6. Data export/printing: Through the corresponding function options, the stored data can be exported or connected to a micro printer for printing.
7.Calibrate: Automatic calibration or Sensor multi-level target point calibration through the menu.
8. Shutdown: After completing the test, press the power button for a long time to turn off the instrument.
Notice
* Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in a pressure environment beyond this range.
* The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be operated safely in the specified explosion-proof environment.
* Pay attention to the battery level and charge the built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery in time.
Although the instrument has a dustproof, waterproof (IP65) design and is equipped with a dust filter, it should still be avoided under extreme conditions for a long time to prolong the life of the Sensor.
* When calibrating, make sure to use standard gas and operate in a safe environment to ensure calibrating accuracy.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
* When using the built-in air pump in a micro-negative pressure environment, please ensure that the air path is unobstructed.
When storing or exporting data, follow the instructions to prevent data loss.
Do not disassemble or modify the instrument yourself.
