Overview
GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, etc. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. It has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which supports gas concentration display, historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.
Features
1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.
2. Adopt 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial-grade color screen, the resolution is 320x480, and the display is clear.
3. PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units can be freely switched, high and low ranges can be automatically switched.

Principle
The portable gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environment gases into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a well-designed gas chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by a microcontroller and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and finally displays the exact gas concentration value on the screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to reduce the impact of environment temperature on the measurement results.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Align the instrument sampling port to the gas area to be measured, and start the air pump for sampling.
4. Read the real-time gas concentration value on the screen, and the unit can be switched freely.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed through the menu.
6. After the inspection is completed, you can connect the printer to print data or export data.
7. Turn off and charge after use.
Notice
• Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please work under the allowable air pressure environment.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term use in extremely harsh environments.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in potentially explosive environments under safety regulations.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
When not in use for a long time, please charge it regularly to maintain the battery.
