GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, etc. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Users can customize various parameters, and the operation is simple. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery with long standby time; it adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and supports viewing historical data on the screen. It has functions such as data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The portable gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters, it is detected by an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. These signals are processed by a microcontroller (using a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor) and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip to achieve High Accuracy data collection and calculation. The processed results (such as gas concentration, temperature and humidity, etc.) are displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen and can be stored, printed or exported.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and confirm the Sensor configuration according to the detection requirements.
2. Mode settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, adjust the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Unit selection: freely switch between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units.
4. Start detection: Start the instrument, the built-in air pump starts to work, and inhales the gas to be measured. Observe the gas concentration, temperature and humidity readings in real time on the screen.
5. Data management: You can view historical storage data on the screen, or transfer data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer for data printing.
6. calibrating and maintenance: Periodically through the full software automatic calibration function of the instrument, using up to 6 levels of target point calibrating to ensure measurement accuracy, data recovery function can be used if necessary.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, the humidity should be ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, do not use in an environment beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, ensuring operation in the air pressure environment allowed by the instrument.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), but it still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof place and avoid working in abnormal environments with overvoltage, strong static electricity or strong magnetic field.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function when using it, and charge it according to the specifications.
• The instrument is designed to be dustproof and waterproof with a dust filter, but after use in harsh situations, it is recommended to check and clean the filter regularly to ensure that the Sensor is free from contamination and pressure interference.
• When calibrating, follow the multi-level target point calibrating process to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the measurement.
• Avoid severe impact or drop of the instrument to prevent damage to internal precision components.
• If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to turn it on regularly and maintain and charge the battery.
