It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the environment gas into the inside of the instrument. When the gas passes through the Sensor (such as electrochemistry or infrared absorption Sensor), the Sensor generates a corresponding electrical signal according to the concentration of the target gas. The microprocessor (using a 32-bit ultra-low power chip) and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip process and analyze the signal, and finally display the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can store, print and export data.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters through the full Chinese/English operation menu.
3. Use the built-in air pump for sampling detection.
4. View the gas concentration (unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L) and temperature and humidity data in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed on the screen.
6. Optional micro printer for data printing, or export data.
7. Charge and maintain after use.
Notice
• Please use within the range of instrument working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that the instrument can work normally in a micro-negative pressure environment.
• The instrument is explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in a specified safe environment.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but it is equipped with a dust filter, and maintenance should also be paid attention to when used in harsh situations.
• Regularly calibrate using the instrument's full software Automatic calibration and 6-level target point Adjustment to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The instrument has a built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and charge it as required.
• The instrument has the functions of overvoltage protection, anti-static interference, and anti-magnetic field interference, but it should still be avoided near strong interference sources as much as possible.
