GT-1000-NH3 (0-100ppm) Portable Gas detector is a KORNO brand product, suitable for ammonia concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported Electrochemical sensor and microcontroller technology, with Fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and the performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mAh large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry gas Sensor. When the target gas (such as ammonia) reacts with the Sensor, an electrical signal proportional to the gas concentration is generated. The signal is processed, analyzed and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value is accurately displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and the data can be stored or output according to the settings.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Set the required detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode through the menu.
3. Unit switching: Select PPM,% VOL, mg/m3 or mg/L as the concentration display unit in the settings.
4. Start detection: place the sampling probe in the environment to be tested, the instrument automatically pumps gas and detects, and the concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time.
5. Data viewing: View real-time data or historical storage data through the menu function.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the corresponding device to perform data export or printing operations.
7. calibrating: Automatic calibration or multi-level target point calibrating as required.
8. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
* Please use it under the working environment temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) specified by the instrument.
* The working air pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in a pressure environment beyond this range.
* The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to avoid use in extremely hazardous or open flame environments.
* Pay attention to the battery level and charge it in time. The instrument has an overcharge protection function, but it is still recommended to use the original charger.
Clean or replace the Dust Filter regularly to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
* When calibrating, use a standard concentration of gas and follow the operating instructions to ensure measurement accuracy.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
Handle with care to avoid severe impact or drop to prevent damage to internal precision components.
If you do not use it for a long time, please charge the instrument regularly to maintain battery activity.
