GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a KORNO brand Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, which has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and simple operation. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5 inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, with data storage, printing, export and temperature and humidity detection functions.

1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The portable Gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze the gas concentration. The detection data is collected by the High Accuracy ADC chip and processed and calculated by the microprocessor, and finally the gas concentration value is displayed on the screen, and data storage and output are supported.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Align the instrument sampling port or place it in the gas environment to be tested, and start the air pump for sampling detection.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. During the inspection process, the instrument automatically stores data, allowing users to view historical data on the screen.
6. After the test is completed, the stored data can be exported through the data export function, or the data can be printed by connecting the micro printer.
7. After use, shut down the machine and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance on the instrument.
Notice
• The working environment temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ° C, the humidity is ≤ 95% RH and there is no condensation. Please do not use it in an environment beyond this range.
• The working air pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa, please use it under the specified air pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used with caution in hazardous environments that meet explosion-proof requirements.
Do not disassemble or modify the instrument without authorization, so as not to affect its Protection Rating (IP65) and performance.
• Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurements.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function to prolong the Battery life.
• When using in dusty and harsh situations, make sure that the Dust Filter is installed correctly and cleaned or replaced regularly.
• Sensors built into the instrument are precision components and should avoid violent vibration, impact or contact with corrosive substances.
• Data storage space is limited (single channel 30800 groups), please pay attention to exporting data regularly to avoid running out of storage space.
• The operation menu supports Chinese and English, please set it according to the user's language habits to ensure correct operation.
